A voice for borrowers across India

Standing with people facing loan stress, harassment and unfair lending.

Who We Are

About AIFBF

The All India Financial Borrowers & Federation (AIFBF) is a not-for-profit organisation working for the rights and dignity of borrowers across India.

Millions of Indians borrow from banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions and digital lending apps. When life takes an unexpected turn, such as a job loss, crop failure, illness or a slow business season, repayments can become difficult. Too often, borrowers then face threats, abusive calls and public humiliation instead of support.

AIFBF exists to change that. We help borrowers understand their rights, raise complaints through the right channels, and speak up for fair, transparent and humane lending practices.
